Its best to book a month in advance if possible. Our tours sell out quickly and we only carry small groups, rarely more than a dozen, so its best to get in early.
You will be paid into your designated bank account immediately upon completion of the sale.
No, there are no fees when selling your home through us. You won’t have to pay for the valuation and we will cover your legal fees.
Yes, the process is entirely confidential, we don’t share your information without your authorisation. We will need to instruct a surveyor and solicitor, but they are also committed to maintaining confidentiality.
Yes, you will need a solicitor to process the sale of your property. We can help by recommending one free of charge to ensure a smooth, quick service. You are welcome to use your own solicitor, however this means you will be responsible for their fee’s and we will have less control over the time it takes to process the paperwork.
We aim to buy any house regardless of condition. Our offer will reflect the value of the house in its current condition and the speed you are looking to sell. We pride ourselves on being able to establish the value of any property.
Yes, we will work with you to buy your house as quickly as possible, in order to avoid repossession. We can negotiate with your mortgage provider and/or other creditors to delay repossession. If repossession proceedings have been issued it is important that you act fast so we can provide you with the best possible help. Contact us immediately.
